IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YE OLDE FEASTE
TICKETS... Ticket requests are due in the front office no later than
Friday, December 2 . This is catered event and a final head count is needed.
PARTICIPATION FEE... There is a $5 participation fee which defrays the cost of feeding the students on both evenings. Please bring the money to the fitting session.
FITTINGS... Costume room is located in the middle school (2nd floor next to the small theater - it is the room over the pool next to the elevator).
*** Costumes will be kept at school.
*** Parent volunteers are needed each night for fittings.

6:00 to 6:45 p.m. JUGGLERS, JESTERS, STROLLING MINSTRELS, and
6:45 to 8:00 p.m. RENAISSANCE ENSEMBLE (strings)
Wednesday, November 30
6:30 to 8:00 p.m. BRASS ENSEMBLE, HERALD TRUMPETERS
and WOODWIND ENSEMBLE
Thursday, December 8
WENCH and MANSERVANT TRAINING – Report to Mrs. Olson after school
WINTER MARKET... Saturday, December 3
Students will perform in full dress.
*** Volunteers are needed to monitor costumes.
Costumes will remain at school

DRESS REHEARSAL... Thursday, December 8 - Report at 5:55 p.m. in full costume. Mandatory.
Students will rehearse in full dress, with all accessories: hats, floral crowns, tights (boys - black bike pants work well). All costume pieces, including slippers should be brought along.
*** Costumes will be kept at school
STAGE SET-UP… Friday, December 9
Begin during last period and after school.
STAGE SET-UP.. Mandatory (finish approximately 6 p.m.)
*** Parent volunteers needed from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PERFORMANCES… THE FEASTE BEGINS!!
Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11
Wenches report at 1:30 p.m. Further details TBA at training.
All other participants should report at 2:30 p.m. Details TBA by the directors.
STRIKING THE SET ...
*** 10-12 parent volunteers are needed for clean-up and tear down after Sunday's performance. ALL students are expected to help. The event usually ends about 8:00 p.m.. Clean-up and tear down generally finishes approximately 9:30 p.m.

Photos will be taken on Sunday of the Feaste -
Students should report by 3 p.m.
Photo CD’s are available for purchase for $10 of your student and other Feaste participants and will be available by contacting email@example.com or at the January music concerts.
SM Music Parents will provide students with a meal on both performance nights.
Students not in Madrigals are requested to donate fresh fruit and desserts.
Madrigals will eat at the head table. Donations of period food such as cheese, sausage, grapes and quick breads are needed by students in Madrigals.
*** Volunteers are needed to organize meals for both evenings.
